SAI Global Property was formed in 2009 after SAI Global moved to complete 100% ownership of Espreon Property Services Limited.
SAI Global Property is created by joining Anstat Property Information, Universal Titles Searchers and Espreon Property Services. Prior to Espreons acquisition by SAI Global, Espreon had acquired two service providers, Lawpoint and Galloways.
SAI Global Property's commitment is to continue to deliver market leading products and services and over the coming months you will see Anstat's, UTS's and Espreon's products and services evolving. SAI Global Property commites to continuing it's provision of high quality information and software to law firms, conveyancers, property professionals and corporations.
