Manual Services and Settlements Team [TOP]
Sixteen staff fill our Perth office including our Operations and State Manager for Western Australia. All staff have been skilled up to service and support all clients to the same expert level. Being a small team, most of our valued team are skilled in handling settlements and are responsible for all aspects of our Clients work. We are a highly productive and efficient team and have a strong team ethos whcih helps us to provide a professional service for our clients on a day to day basis. Customer service and satisfaction is our key priority and we enjoy assisting our clients in any way we can to achieve their desired outcomes in a fast and effective manner.

Carole Di Giorgio – State Manager
Carole joined Espreon 2 years ago after spending 31 years with BankWest. Her first 20 or so years where spent in the Retail Bank working in various locations across WA while the last 8 years of her career in the Bank where spent in Mortgage Business managing high volume SLA driven businesses. She brings with her a deep understanding of our Customers needs and works with the team driving a consistent approach to our business.
Georgina Psychogios – Operations Manager
Georgina joined Espreon in April 2007 after holding various positions in the finance and legal industries over a period of 18 years. Georgina moved to Perth from the ACT with St George Bank in 1998, and after spending 3 years at St George moved to work with a number of Financial Institutions & Legal Firms focusing mainly in property and commercial settlements. Georgina has had significant exposure to subdivisions, working closely with conveyancers in legal firms. Keen and innovative Georgina and her team leader’s work very closely in order develop processes of high efficient standards to suit our client’s needs. Staff needs and development are also a main focus for Georgina as she ensures everyone is up to date with the latest processes and cross trained in all areas to ensure the highest level of service is provided.
Arun Berry – Settlements Team Leader
Arun joined Espreon in September 2007, bringing with him experience worth 11 years of dealing with customer services in retail loans from India. Industrious and motivating, he manages officer allocation for internal and external settlements for the team and diligently handles queries from clients regarding registrations and follow-ups with LTO for requisitions including managing of SLA’s for daily settlements, resource management and process management
Helen Jarmyn – Client Coordinator Team Leader
Helen has been with Espreon since 2007 and with no day being the same at Espreon has gained siginificant knowledge in all processing areas. Helen emigrated from London, England in August 2006 and previously worked for a large financial institution Prudential for 17 years dealing with shopping centre leases and associated rental contract management. In the Perth office, Helen manages our staff workload, owns process managment and even jumps into our settlements area to complete file preparation and settlements on our busy days.
