Manual Services - Settlement Stamping & Registration Services  [TOP]

Espreon is one of the largest and most experienced providers of manual services in Australia – with services that include settlement attendance, document stamping, and lodgement across all states.

Our manual services team in Melbourne average over 20 years of experience and our clients can confidently rely on our staff’s superior expertise and experience. We offer a national solution for manual services with offices in all States, as well as a network of agents across Australia.

Espreon can provide a custom manual service to accommodate your requirements.  This service can include providing special pick-up and delivery arrangements and short notice/emergency services. 

Online Services  [TOP]

Land Titles (NSW, VIC, QLD and WA)
Espreon is a registered broker for VIC, NSW and QLD land services, providing direct online access to a range of titles, plans, dealing, and related searches.  For any documents not available online in these states, we also provide a full manual searching service. 

Land Titles (SA, TAS, ACT and NT)
Espreon provides an online ordering service with manual fulfilment.  In most cases, searches are fulfilled in the same day of order and titles and documents can be delivered via email in PDF format.

Company and Business Names
Espreon is a registered broker for ASIC and for Business Names data in every state and territory, providing online access to company and business names searches and related documents.

Credit Reporting
Espreon provides access to Company Comprehensive Reports, as well as Company or Business Reports.

Bankruptcy
As a licensed broker for ITSA, Espreon provides instant access to ITSA's National Personal Insolvency Index (NPII).

Property Enquiries
Available for NSW, QLD and VIC. Espreon provides online ordering and, in some cases, instant delivery of property enquiries including land tax and local council certificates

Espreon's aim is to provide a total service for the provision of relevant land and corporate information to our clients.  Coupled with the largest range of services available, Espreon also provides the highest level of customer support and service available in the market today. 
As a standard part of its overall service, Espreon offers the following at no charge:
  • Dedicated Client Relationship Managers
    All Espreon clients are assigned a local Client Relationship Manager
  • Access to our free national Client Services Helpline, via a 1300 305 205 (from 8:00AM to 7:00pm EST, Monday-Friday except National Public Holidays).  We have skilled customer support staff to help ensure that your needs are addressed promptly.

Jade White – VIC Operations Manager
Jade had been with Espreon for 2 years initially as the Southport Settlements Team Leader when the office opened in the February 2009. During her time in Southport, Jade has been a vital factor in developing the settlements operations and working alongside major clients in defining efficient operational outcomes. Relocating to VIC in 2011, Jade, with her enthusiasm and professional approach, ensures our clients are satisfied with highest quality level of service.

Gaye Fernandez – Client Relationship Manager
Gaye commenced employment with Espreon in November 2009; Gaye brings a wealth of sales experience within the Finance, Property and Industrial markets. Gaye’s key strengths are client relations, identifying and satisfying customer needs and problems solving.
