Settlements  Team  [TOP]

Espreon Settlements Team is a market leader in our field consisting of dedicated staff with a wide range of experience, expertise and enthusiasm.

Our client base consists of Solicitor firms as well as large financial institutions.

We pride ourselves on our ability to get the job done, no matter how large or small, and all clients are treated with the same level of dedicated service.

Other State Land Searching Team  [TOP]

The Other State Land is a manual search team offering a combined experience of more than 16 years on property related searches for ACT, NT, SA, TAS, and WA.

Searches include:

  • Titles
  • Plans
  • Various documents ranging from transfers to memorandum of provisions
  • Shipping Vessel Searches
  • Bill of Sales
  • Power of Attorney
  • Various Fishing Licences
  • Stock Mortgages

Customer Relations   [TOP]

Our Customer Relations team is based in the Espreon Adelaide Office, with one team member working from the Espreon Sydney Office.

Our Adelaide Team members include Susan Martini (Team Leader), Lang Tang, Carl Woolam, Chris Bosman, Michelle Collins,& Casuals, Rikki Kelly & Sonia Lane and Jessica Fremantle is based Sydney.

 The Customer Relations Team is made of three sections.

  • Inbound Calls - Booking in settlements on behalf of some of the Leading Banks.
  • Outbound Calls - Booking in Refinance settlements on behalf of some of the Leading Banks
  • Client Document Chase up - Courtesy calling the Bank’s Customers to confirm they have received their Mortgage documents.

 We are a patient & friendly team, who answer each call with welcoming smile.

Client Services    [TOP]

The Client Services team is Espreon’s Help Desk for clients who would like support with their online account and assistance with their orders. The team consists of Janice Quanborough (team leader), Preeti Kumar, Anne Batty, Karla O’Sullivan, Cindy Kha, Alfredo Inton and Rhiannon Hapgood. Together we have a combined experience of twenty seven years.

With an extensive range of knowledge from how to order documents to following up on orders and handling systems based issues, Client Services can provide assistance to our clients whenever help is needed. Tim Barnes – Area Manager
Previously managing the Espreon Canberra office, Tim provides a wealth of knowledge and leadership including 2 years experience as the settlements team leader with our Perth office and another 6 years of experience at Mortgage Settlements Australia doing every aspect of Mortgage processing, settlements, accounting & conveyancing. Tim’s main focus is customer service & training, with a “there is always a solution” attitude he prides on going above & beyond expectation to get the work completed correctly & on time.
