Our Authorities Team comprises 10 staff that collectively make up the following small teams, and they are committed to providing customer focused solutions to support our clients needs:-

• Client Relationship
• Manual Searching and Court filing
• Property Enquiries
• Lodgment and Stamping

We have a dedicated Client Relationship Manager who keeps in close contact with our Queensland clients to ensure that we are meeting their expectations with service delivery and to assist them with Espreon’s product offerings.

Our Manual Searching and Court Filing team are here to meet all of your needs with a wide range of property and court related searches and lodgments.

Our Registration team covers both Electronic Lodgments and Manual Lodgments with the Queensland Land Registry Office. Espreon is the single largest user of the eLodgment system and process more lodgments per annum than all of our competitors and the major banks.

We consist of 29 dedicated staff with a high level of industry experience and the enthusiasm to get the job done right.  Our client base consists of some of Australia’s largest financial institutions as well as Solicitor firms. The team currently settles upward of 250 matters per day and completed over 57,000 settlements in 2009.

We take particular pride in our ability to get the job done, and to work closely with our clients to meet their needs, and to be the number one settlement agent in the business. No matter how large or small, all clients are treated with the same level of dedicated service.

Southport Office

The Espreon Mortgage Processing Unit was established at the Southport location in May 2009. The unit provides an end-to-end outsourced mortgage processing system encompassing the key functions of:

• Pre-settlement activities such as document checking and certification
• Settlement activities such as attendance at settlement and exchanging funds for documentation
• Post-settlement activities such as application of stamp duty, lodgement of land titles offices and custodian services  

The unit currently performs the activities for 2 major banks as well as settlement activities for all Espreon clients with transactions occurring in the Gold Coast region.

Darryl Reimer – Operations Manager
Previously with Cooper Grace Ward Lawyers for 7 years as the operational manager for the Banking & Finance team and prior to this in management positions with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. 29 years experience in the Banking and Finance industry

Sharon Millward – Team Leader Pre-Settlement Activities
Previously with Espreon Brisbane as Westpac Account Manager, Cooper Grace Ward Lawyers for 6 years as a certifier in the Banking & Finance team and prior to that with the Bank of Queensland as a mortgage processer

Julie Hales – Team Leader
Post-settlement Activities. Previously with settlement agents City & Suburban for 7 years and prior to this with Westside Legal services – over 20 years experience in the settlement and title industry in Queensland
