Manual Searching and Court Filing [TOP]
The Manual Searching and Court filing team is comprised of Shay Deller, Lachlan Ellison, Andrew Buchanan, John Gedz, Monica Isaac, Craig Bullock, Merilyn Baker, Nick Pagano, Luciana Niforas and Anne-Maree Dwyer.
Together we bring to our clients over 145 years of experience across a wide range of property and court related services including:

- Court filing and ASIC lodgment
- Full vendors title searches
- Personal Searches (Bankruptcy, Electoral Roll, Births Deaths and Marriages, Power of Attorney, and more)
- Old System, Crown Land and Real Property searches (including easement and road status reports).

Property Enquiry Team [TOP]
Our Team Property Enquiry team members are: Denise Wiles, Lauren Whitfield, Loredana Minjineanu, Susan Parker, Peter Pserras and Cynthia Papallo.
Our Property Enquiry Team is built upon our promise and commitment to continually provide improvement in our ability to meet or exceed our client’s expectations of service, quality and expertise.
Our Stamping team consists of, Mary-Anne Grech, Sandra Leighton, April Dewar and Julie Tonna, together with Senior assessor Bob Jolly, who has 40 years experience in the industry, looking after our more complex matters.
Our team provides a service for stamping a variety of documents, which we receive from Banks, Solicitors, Settlement’s and over the counter stamping.
Registration [TOP]
Our Solicitors Registration Team members are people with knowledge and have a great wealth of experience that benefits all of our clients. Our members are Peter Joass (team leader) Leanne Mitusev, Catherine Wallace, Wayne Parker, Rob Hendra, Myron Pastuch & Allen Heathcote.
Some of the services we provide are:
- Assessing and lodging all Real Property and Old System documents
(Transfers, Mortgages, Powers of Attorney, etc.) - Assisting clients with telephone enquiries
- Making personal contact on behalf of our clients with Officers at LPMA with whom we have developed effective relationships
- Attending LPMA with various enquiries and “hand lodging” urgent documents
Our team takes pride in insuring these tasks are completed with professionalism and promptness.
Settlements [TOP]
Espreon Settlements Team is a market leader in our field. We consist of 17 dedicated staff with a wide range of experience, expertise and enthusiasm.
The team currently settles upward of 500 matters per day and completed over 140,000 settlements in 2009. Our client base consists of Solicitor firms as well as large financial institutions.
We pride ourselves on our ability to get the job done, no matter how large or small, and all clients are treated with the same level of dedicated service. We look forward to servicing your settlement needs.
Our Mailroom team members are Steve Bryant, Bruce Evans, Roger Patterson and Alan Champness, who do much more than opening and distributing incoming mail. No day is ever the same for this important team. Their varied tasks include the banking of valuable settlement funds, scanning important registration documents and picking up those vital matters “that must be done today”. A typical work day for this energetic team also incorporates collecting new work and delivering urgent matters to many of our CBD clients with whom they have developed strong relationships over many years.
Steve, Bruce, Roger and Alan enjoy the daily challenges of their work and are valuable members of the Espreon Team.

Gina Assimakis - NSW & ACT State Manager
Gina’s experience over the last 20 years has been predominately spent in the retail banking and mortgage processing areas of large financial institutions. Her career has spanned many financial institutions ranging from Advance Bank, St George Bank, and most recently Homeside Lending which is a division of the National Australia Bank. Her expertise and experience lies in managing large operational units. With this existing knowledge and experience in the banking sector she has brought to Espreon a strong understanding of what our Clients require with respect to service standards, quality measures and efficiencies
Adam Christensen - Operations Manager
Adam has been with Espreon for 2 ½ years starting his employment in our Queensland office managing the daily operations of some of our key clients, as well as acting in the capacity of the QLD Banking & Finance Manager. He relocated to our NSW Sydney Operations team in early 2009. His expertise lies around a sound knowledge of intricate operational activities which he applies by overseeing the daily activities of our NSW Operations unit. In addition to this Adam is a key figure within the organisation regarding client project work. This role sees Adam assisting clients and implementing further outsourcing opportunities to ensure a smooth operation and beneficial results for our clients and their end customer.
Wendy Napier - Manager Solicitor & Searching
Wendy has over 11 years experience with Espreon and its previous entities; previous to this Wendy had over 10 years experience in the Legal industry working for various suburban solicitor firms. Wendy commenced her career as an online search clerk progressing to Office Manager and Search Team leader. Wendy is currently the Manager of our Manual Searches, Solicitor Registration and PES teams and has extensive contact with our clients in the Solicitor area. Wendy is our O H & S officer and is also Espreon’s unofficial social director organising various functions throughout the year.
Danny Arcuri - Manager Banking & Finance
Danny has been in the Legal Support industry for over 24 years. His career commenced with a small Law Stationer company named R L Chisholm and co with a staff of 7 and with mergers and acquisitions has now become Espreon.
Danny has worked in most areas of the business including LPMA searching, company formations, settlements and registration. His expertise lies in property settlements and the registration of documents at the LPMA. Danny is currently the Banking and Finance Manager which oversees the running of pre settlement, settlement and post settlement functions of our Financial institution clients.
