The Canberra office opened in January 2009 with a small team with prior banking and solicitor experience. Being a small team of five it is critical for each staff member to be cross trained. Changes in management over the years have influenced training as it has lead to a fresh pair of eyes looking over processes, resulting in continuous improvement.

Our staff members enjoy overcoming challenges and are dedicated to meeting our client expectation.

Chelsie Cowling – ACT Team Leader
Chelsie began her career at Espreon in September 2009 as a Settlement Clerk in our Southport Office. Aside from assisting Settlement Operations, Chelsie was also involved in a number of projects including new operational and client process improvements and systems testing.
