Espreon is pleased to announce that from 1 November 2010 they will provide settlement services to the CBA. This now makes Espreon the largest provider of Settlement and Lodgement services with the South Australian Land Titles Office.
Espreon offers an online Self Service Booking (SSB) services that offers streamlined services to the conveyancing community for Settlements and Lodgements. These include:
- The ability to book settlements (both purchases and discharges) on a secure web interface and access the funds available for settlement
- The ability to enter bank cheque directions on a secure web interface
- The ability to view payout figures and documents available at settlement on a secure web interface
- The support of a dedicated Settlement Help Line to assist with bookings and using the secured web site
