Mortgage Discharge Services

Espreon has full capability to perform the end to end mortgage discharge transaction on your behalf.  After the initial discharge request has been approved by you, Espreon will communicate with both your client and your client's legal representatives regarding the required payment amounts, other relevant information required and the settlement attendance details. Espreon can arrange, with your approval, for the security packet to be retrieved from your custodian. Espreon's staff , through the use of our SSR2 system's Mortgage Discharge Document facility, will prepare mortgage discharge documents and prepare the matter for settlement.

System Integration

Espreon's superior mortgage discharge system integrates with the Espreon searching system to cross check for any other registered encumbrances over the property being discharged. Should an unknown encombrance be discovered the matter will be managed through an exception process and we will work with you to resolve.
System integration also allows for the population of the actual documents reducing the risk of operator error.

Settlement Attendance

Espreon performs more mortgage discharge transactions than any other service provider in Australia with over 100,000 discharges annually. Any residual documentation will be scanned and kept on file within our system for an agreed period of time for you to access.
