As well as having access to all authority certificates, which can be ordered individually online, clients can save time and money with our service package options.
Premium Package Features
Our premium service package includes all the standard package features as well as the following benefits:
- Espreon does all the authority chase-ups for you (we have 30 customer support staff nationally)
- All certificates (whether available from the authority in hard or soft copy) are converted to soft copy and made available for you to access via a secure online account
Standard Package Features
Espreon's standard and premium property enquiries packages include:
- Online access to Land Tax, Main Roads and Energex certificates
- Almost immediate certificate returns from Authorities with online databases

Espreon Property Enquiries clients can choose to enter search data themselves, or have an experienced Espreon staff member do the work instead.
