If you don't have an account you can still use our online services for:
- Sydney Water: Conveyancing Certificate; Sewer Diagram; BOS / BAS Letter; Service Location Print.
- Credit Reports: Company Comprehensive Report; Company / Business Report.
How it works
These services are available online after first providing us some details.
When your order is complete an email will be sent to you with a link to the results page. These results will remain available for viewing for 3 days.
If your order cannot be completed for any reason you will receive immediate notification when you submit your order. If this occurs:
- Do not resubmit your order. We save all pending requests and will resend it when the authority’s service is available again.
- Should the information you have provided not reconcile with that held by the authority, your order may go into pending. In this instance please call the help desk on 1300 305 205.
