Privacy Policy

Introduction

At Espreon Limited, and its subsidiaries, we regard our clients’ privacy as paramount and have created this policy to protect your personal information. Espreon respects your rights to privacy under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000, and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), and is required to comply with the National Privacy Principles in respect of the collection, use, disclosure and handling of personal information from individuals.

Information Collection

Personal information is any information that can be used to identify you. Espreon primarily collects corporate information as its customers are ordinarily business entities. However, we do collect contact details of representatives of our business customers (such as contact name, telephone, address, and email address) in our Account Registration form and day-to-day operations. If a customer is a consumer, we will collect similar contact and billing information to meet normal business purposes. We will only collect information reasonably necessary to perform the services required from us.

Information Use

Espreon uses the information supplied for the purpose of providing the required services to clients. Personal information collected from our Account Registration forms and day-to-day operations is used to form our customer database. Your personal information is never shared, sold, rented or otherwise disclosed outside of Espreon; except when supplied to parties bound by confidentiality agreements or required to be disclosed by law. Espreon's primary goal is to improve the quality and awareness of its services and we may use your personal information to deliver you limited marketing information about our goods and services. You will be provided with an opt-out facility whenever you of receive electronic marketing communications, and can request to not receive printed marketing communications at any time.

“Cookies” & “Log” Files

We may send a "cookie", a small summary file to your computer. This enables us to recognise your computer the next time you visit without bothering you with another request to register. We also use cookies to measure traffic patterns, to determine which areas of our site have been visited and to measure transaction patterns in the aggregate. We use this to research our users' habits so that we can improve our services. Our cookies do not collect personal information. If you do not wish to receive cookies, you can set your browser so that your computer does not accept them. We log IP addresses (i.e. the electronic addresses of computers connected to the Internet) to analyse trends, administer the site, track users movements, and gather broad demographic information.

Safeguards

We will take all reasonable steps to maintain the security of any personal information we receive from you. We use a variety of secure techniques to protect your information, including secure servers, secure log-ins with structured privileges for all staff, firewalls and encryption.

Access and Correction

You may access any personal information we hold about you at any time. If your personal information changes you will have the right to edit any aspect of this. If you no longer desire our services, we will remove the personal data you have provided to us at your request once the business relationship is fully concluded. We reserve the right to contact you to determine that we have the correct details on file.

Privacy Management

Espreon has appointed a privacy officer fully trained on procedures and obligations and this person can respond to any enquires you may have in regard to the location, content, use and editing of any personal information.
