Last year, the combined services of Legalco, Independent Corporate Services (ICS) and BH Shelf Companies performed more company formations, and more online title searches than any other Australian provider.
On 5 September 2005 Legalco, ICS and BH united under one brand and name, Espreon.
An important driver for the move to one brand was that while these three business were all part of the one parent company, they were differently-branded and often targeted clients in similar markets, creating a duplication of effort in some areas.
Moving to a new brand creates greater awareness of the related services between these different business units, allowing clients the opportunity to streamline their supplier services and enjoy consistent standards of service, and time and cost efficiencies in their business.
Operating under one brand also supports the organic growth of these business units and delivers a number of efficiencies to the parent company in marketing and promotional activities.

The information brokerage, property and corporate services market now have a business partner with the interest and capability to invest in R&D and support time and cost efficiencies in their growing businesses.
