Phillip Anderson

Non-Executive Director and Chairman

Phillip joined Espreon as a Director on 1 July, 2004 following a 15 year career with Lend Lease where he held a variety of roles including Chief Executive of Lend Lease Development and Finance Director of Lend Lease Property Group. He brings significant commercial and financial expertise to the Espreon board and is a member of the Audit & Risk Committee and Remuneration and Nomination Committee. Phillip is currently a Non-Executive Director of Hastie Group Ltd, Aevum Limited, Isis Group Holdings Pty Ltd, Sakkara Holdings Pty Ltd, Penrith Lakes Development Corporation Ltd, and NSW Growth Centres Commission. He is also a CPA, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.



Ian Payne

Non-Executive Director

Ian has been a member of the Espreon board since prior to listing in June 2000. He has a longstanding career in the financial services sector and until 1997 was an Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Currently, Ian is a Director of Zurich Financial Services Australia Limited. Ian is also an honorary life trustee of the Committee for Economic Development of Australia and holds a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Sydney. Ian is the Chairman of Espreon’s Audit and Risk Committee.



Judi Stack

Non-Executive Director

Judi joined the board in April 2006 and brings over 20 years experience as a Chief Executive and Senior Strategic Manager in both the private and public sectors. Her industry expertise is in the media, transport and telecommunications industries where she was previously chair of the Federation of Australian Commercial Television Stations, Chair of Digital Broadcasting Australia and Vice President of the Asia Pacific Committee of the International Union of Public Transport. Judi has also held positions as Director, Broadcast Services for the Seven Network, Chief Executive Officer, Rail Access Corporation (NSW) and Chief Executive Officer, Ministry of Transport (NZ Govt). Judi chairs the Salvation Army Media Advisory Board and Espreon’s Remuneration and Nomination Committee.



Roger Amos

Non-Executive Director

A board member since July 2006, Roger Amos has had a long and distinguished career with international accounting firm KPMG retiring in June 2006 after 25 years as a partner in the Assurance and Risk Advisory Services division. In addition to his portfolio of clients, focused on the Information, Communications and Entertainment Industry, Roger held various roles in the KPMG Global ICE industry groups, including Global Chairman of the Communications Industry Group. He is an Independent director of Realestate.com.au Limited and Proteome Systems Limited and has a non-executive role as Chairman, Asia Pacific for Management Consulting Group PLC. His prior roles include Deputy Chairman and Audit Committee Chairman of the Film Finance Corporation Australia Limited, Director of Australian Quality Council, Chairman of the Documentary Foundation and President of the State Chamber of Commerce NSW. Roger is a member of Espreon’s Audit and Risk Committee.
