A New Chapter in SMSFs

Espreon has developed a new Instalment Warrant package to take into account the new rules allowing superannuation funds to borrow and take advantage of the Tax Office’s borrowing provisions for SMSFs.

Our Instalment Warrant package is up-to-date, flexible and provides documentation which caters for both:

  • External lenders (banks & financial institutions), including a Warrant Certificate and specific clauses within the deed to allow for powers of attorney; and
  • Internal lenders (self-funded/individual), including a pro-forma loan agreement suitable for funds to be borrowed from members or other individuals.


The documentation within our Instalment warrant package has been prepared by our legal partner, Robert Richards & Associates, who are specialists in Tax and Superannuation. This documentation can accommodate all types of structures for a SMSF to borrow, for the acquisition of:
